Responsive redesign of sephora.fr
Project aims: As the online sales were increasing, the old website no longer met customers behaviors and expectations for online shopping. In addition to that, Sephora.com already launched its new website months before and the EMEA team of Sephora was looking to a strong agency to imagine et design the future experience of Sephora.fr wich would also be replicate to all European countries.
Design phase duration: January 2017 to June 2023.
My role: Lead the scoping phase and user tests (20 participants) and manage the design team to meet client expectations and meet deadlines.
