La Poste is a French state-owned company specializing in postal services, parcel delivery, banking, insurance, and digital services, serving as a key player in both public services and commercial operations across France and internationally.
In terms of audience, it attracts around 55 million unique visitors per month, accounting for approximately 10% of the total number of visitors to all French websites.
Project goals: Redesign and merge of La Poste’s public website and online store: a significant effort in UX and information architecture was undertaken to inventory all content and group it based on relevance and user needs.
Two primary needs were identified: Sending and Receiving. Content and features were organized around these two key needs. This new segmentation was tested with users to ensure clear understanding and easy access to La Poste’s services and products.
The project began in January 2018 and was successfully launched in December 2018.
In 2019, La Poste received a prestigious award: Gold, Grand Prix Stratégies du Design 2019.
