As a passionate and dedicated Product Design Director, my mission is to craft meaningful, user-centered experiences that solve real-world problems. I believe in blending creativity, strategy, and technology to deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

My Approach to Design
With a strong focus on user-centered design and multi-touchpoints experiences, I strive to create intuitive, seamless interactions. My methodology involves in-depth user research, marketing and business goals, collaborative design processes, and iterative testing to ensure high-quality results. From concept to deployment, I work to ensure every detail aligns with the brand’s vision and user expectations.
Over the past two years, I have implemented a new methodology based on Lean UX, enabling quick hypothesis validation and uniting teams around a shared vision: the Experience Sprint.
The Experience Sprint consists of three phases: an ideation phase to define the primary user flow and features aligned with end-user needs, a design and conception phase, and a final phase of prototyping and user testing, all of this within a one month timeframe.

I specialize in leading design initiatives across diverse industries, including luxury, retail, banking, technology, travel and hospitality, entertainment, communication, e-commerce. Whether it’s redesigning complex systems, enhancing user journeys, or crafting brand identities in the digital space, my experience spans all facets of design leadership.
